Authenticate with OSBridge using your GitHub account to get started.

Why GitHub?#

OSBridge uses GitHub as its sole authentication provider. This is intentional — since you'll be contributing to open-source repositories on GitHub, having your account connected from the start means we can personalize recommendations based on your GitHub activity and profile.

Privacy

We only request read access to your public profile. We never write to your repositories, modify your data, or access private repos.

Signing In#

Navigate to the OSBridge homepage or /login page
Click the "Sign in with GitHub" button
Authorize OSBridge in the GitHub OAuth popup
You'll be redirected to your dashboard automatically

What we store#

On your first login, we create a user profile with:

Your GitHub username (public)
Your GitHub avatar URL (public)
A unique internal user ID

Tip

You can sign out at any time using the button in the top-right corner of the navbar.
