Terms of Service

By accessing or using OSBridge, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

You must have a valid GitHub account to use OSBridge. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access OSBridge via GitHub OAuth. You agree not to disclose your credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Attempting to bypass our rate limiting or caching mechanisms (Upstash Redis).
• Scraping or extracting data from OSBridge, including our semantic matching vectors and embeddings, without explicit authorization.
• Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained therein.

OSBridge utilizes AI and semantic matching (via pgvector) to suggest relevant open-source issues based on your competitive programming profile (e.g., LeetCode data). These recommendations are provided "as is" for informational purposes. OSBridge does not guarantee that your contribution to recommended repositories will be accepted by the respective maintainers.

OSBridge integrates with third-party services including GitHub, LeetCode (via public scraping), Supabase, and Upstash. Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service. OSBridge is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such third-party services.

The OSBridge platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by OSBridge and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

In no event shall OSBridge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the registered location specified below for the resolution of any disputes arising out of these Terms.

By using OSBridge, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications may include notices about your account and information concerning or related to the service.
